I'm fine with the current proportions. That said, I don't know the first thing about anatomy. The only thing that bothers me is the possibility of a proper long beard clipping through that humongous chest.
On the voices - I'm not a big fan of the Scottish accent for dwarves. I prefer American and Slavic accents, like in Dragon Age and Age of Wonders Planetfall. I agree that the game misses a proper voice for loud and/or brutish characters, dwarven barbs and fighters could benefit from it. Voice 3 is really not that bad for clerics though. Sufficiently deep and wise-sounding.
