This would mean that Act 2 would be much shorter than 3 ... I hope it will be other way around.
Nah. I almost just put Act 3 = Level 10, tbh. That was probably their original plan. But then I thought that it could be Level 11 for completionists, and MAYBE level 12 IF there was bonus content or something.
