I would be satisfied with implementing Off-Hand Sneak attack ...
And Steak (
this started as a typo ... but i think i leave it this way 
) Attack resource, you would need for each, would replenish at end of your turn and obviously wouldnt be consumed if you miss.
Ofc, applying the same resource to AOO would be apreciated aswell ... but since that dont affect our turn at all, i say that could stay pasive.
