Someone called fireundubh datamined dialogue lines using Race or Class tags, and aggregated the results. So if you want to choose a Race-Class combination to maximise the number of special dialogue options, you could look up the tabkes.
Well, sadly, right now, the website seems unavailable. I'd still suggest checking the linked thread, and following the link to Reddit. To get an idea of what was behind the numbers (there are a number of small prints to bear in mind).
