There is nothing that has actually been given back, to replace the work done by the racial ability score propensity.
I dunno ... It seems to me that any time you create two same characters, of wich one will be a Dwarf and one will be anything else ... In each case Dwarf will have more HP ... even tho their Con can be exactly the same ...
Seems like Dwarves are more resilient to me. O_o
I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
