Nails as in… nails on your hands? Unless your playing with a weird vampire build mod, or using a natural weapon [claw] which is not yet in game from my knowledge, such details would just detract from development time. Even at full zoom. I do not see my players hands, even more so when they are moving.
Leave this for mods.
