I think it's too early to explore DLC ideas since we don't really know whats in full game.
What i want to see:
Additional companions,
new areas with content,
expanded classes,
races
What i don't want to see:
armors/weapons by them selves,
new "quirky" pets,
or just general "horse armor" kind of content.
But if you want idea, the game could go to Menzoberranzan or some other exotic locales.
