If Larian does DLC at all, it'll be for minor stuff like the bag of tricks in DOS2, which did things like add items that had a slight effect on the game's difficulty (like pots to grow unlimited plants for crafting, especially tea leaves for potions that granted additional AP generation, and pet pal on every character by default without needing to spend a feat on it).
They haven't done paid DLC with actual additional content in a very long time, to the point where a significant portion of the DOS fanbase coming over to this game would probably pull out their pitchforks and accuse them of anti-consumerism if they were to suddenly make paid DLC for this game. At the most, we'll likely see a free Definitive Edition upgrade about a year or two after release, aimed at rebalancing and implementing missing/fleshing out incomplete content for the last third of the game.
(There's also one major reason they probably haven't done paid DLC - it might mess with multiplayer between players who have the theoretical paid DLC and those who don't.)
