Personally I don't like DLCs - and by DLCs I mean kind of post release buyable content that has been popular since the term was coined: small, overpriced poorly integrated content addons, that one one hand contain desirable content, but by the nature of being optional end up being disposable.
Personally, if there is one thing I admired about Larian titles is the complete nature of their titles - what you buy is what you get, and what you will ever need. The host of upgrades done after release being available to all existing owners as a for of Definitive Edition upgrade.
If there was paid content, I much prefer for it to be a more traditional expansion - a more pricey package, with more development time, more content and a deeper overhaul of the game. It being one big piece of content allows for added systems to be intertwined with themselves and core game, rather then bunch of unimpactful, optional stuff that can be turned on and off.
