As long as you never pick any [Baldurian] dialogue choice ... so far it seems like you are prefectly fine as Outlander. Also ... i can quite easily imagine person who was born in Baldur's Gate ... therefore have Baldur's Gate origin tag ... but spend last decade or two in the wilderness ... therefore have Outlander background. I still dont understand why cant we change Race for our hirelings. Lets us play Githyanki as racist as they trully are!
