Wouldnt say so ... If i remember corectly, its just yet another platform where they are comunicating (for lack of better term) with their audience.
There was some speculations about monk few patches back, when people seen that Tiger icon on Malaysia-studio related prospects. I would presume that this case is simmilar.
BUT! If Larian will post a Ghost on other social media in next few days, maybe that Reddit is on right track.

If it is significant ... It would most likely be just bcs thats when PFH would be happening, or bcs that would be PFH theme ... but i wouldnt see any ingame content related to that.
The only ingame thing that could teoreticaly be related to Halloween (as far as i know) is Necromancer ... Death Domain Cleric, Gloom Stalker Ranger, Phantom Rogue, Shadow Magic Sorcerer, and maybe Oathbreaker Paladin ... but those seems a little far fetched.
I mean no holiday related content was released so far ... And it was not for lack of chances, last time people speculated about Valentine patch.
