I imagine Paladin and Monk are ready to go. You'd have to think they have been ready to go for a while now.
That being said patches seem to have been coming out every four or five months. The Bard patch came out on July 7th, I think? So at the end of October we would be right around four months. It is possible that we would get something on or around Halloween. But I think the previous patch schedule likely puts us on more of a Christmas time patch.
