Doubtful I'll get what I'm looking for, and it's not urgent or game breaking, but just in case..
In my playthrough, for whatever reason, Locke (trader on 1st floor of Black Boar Inn) is standing/floating above his chair and retains an ! above his head even though his questline is done.
I was hoping perhaps to fix this issue there might be a command to RESET an NPC or at least move them, even if it means killing and resurrecting or respawning them via commands.
He's still technically fully functional, but.. it would help my sanity if I could fix this :P
