I have fix this error with person from Larian - Raze - thank you so much!

Raze haved idea: "Try changing the game resolution to 640x480, to see if that will let you get through the cutscene and get back into the game without crashing."

I can't change resolution 640x480 on my computer but Raze idea is good idea!
I have copy my save folder and put in another computer with game (computer with Windows 7). I changed resolution 640x480 and done!
I can keep playing. I saved game, copied folder, copied in my computer and it's work!

Maybay another player use this idea.
