It seems like companions don't gain/lose approval if they are too far away.

And there are situations where it obviously works against what was intended.

For instance, throughout the different cutscene with the owlbear cub at our camp, we are supposed to gain some approval here and there.
However, the companions are too far away and currently we don't gain their approval because of it.
In order to gain approval, one would need to :
- Bring the companions closer to the cub
- Quickly switch to Tav (because the companions auto walk back to their initial spot)
- Initiate/Continue dialogue

So...this doesn't seem to work as intended.
The approval points are there, but don't trigger naturally.
