I wouldn't encourage a Q&A session right now, as it could lead to a gigantic topic; And I wouldn't have all the answers you are looking for at the moment, thus leading to disappointment.

So far, Baldur's Gate 3 is in Early Access so we still have implementations, polishing, and improvements to bring to the game.
