I saw that and it does officially confirm one previously data-mined spoiler (so, technically not a spoiler anymore?) : Minsc will be part of Baldur's Gate 3.
I never played the previous BG games. Still, can't wait to meet that character
They show their ages in quite a few ways, but I really reccomend them regardless. They're genuinely fun and the gameplay and story holds up even today. Though, the 'hd re-release' replaces the cutscenes and makes some of it's own bugs, surprisingly. There's even a mod to get it working in NWN2.
