They could just be high level Paladins, the one with white wings looks like a vengeance Paladin using their avenging angel feature, like Lotus said. The discs actually look like someone decided to glue couters (elbow armour) to their wings for some silly reason. It looks silly and I hope it doesn't stay.
The black winged one... The uncharitable part of me says a Larian homebrew evil-themed Paladin subclass, instead of doing oath of conquest or oathbreaker, because they aren't PHB.
