the second one is very likely to be the Nightsong. multiple voice lines suggest she's an aasimar paladin and as "selune's daughter". she's one of the significant characters of the whole dark justiciar thing.
however, does that indicate we will see playable aasimar? I don't think so. at least not in EA and even patch 9.

all that said, I don't think anything we've seen points to Aasimar as player characters at all. I wish it did though.
that's her old model with old voice lines. her role has been completely changed based on the new voice lines datamined. that old model can be just Shar herself now.
