I would be shocked if we got subclasses from other sourcebooks that weren't paid DLC, and Larian has already tried their hand at homebrewing classes.

It's entirely possible that it's just an evil vengeance Paladin, which is the only Paladin subclass that specifically sprouts wings, but it's just as likely that it's something else not related to either Paladins or Aasimar.
