She has decorated wings though. She might be an aasimar ok, but doesn't it mean that decorated wings point to her whole model being like that? So she might be a custom npc like emissary of Selune or whatever, with one model only.
Possibly, heck maybe she is a new companion or even origin character, or maybe it's simply a wing customization option.
