Known issues

Update issues
  • Not getting Patch 9
  • After the latest update, previous saves can not be loaded
  • Problems with the install process itself

Launcher issues
  • Mismatch data warning
  • .Net Core error message when starting the launcher
  • The launcher crashing on startup, or not displaying the 'get started' or 'play' buttons

Issues with Mods
  • crash when opening the inventory, empty tooltips
  • can not change gender in character creation (the male icon can be selected, but the model doesn't update)
  • Identity option missing from character creation
  • getting stuck in the save screen when overwriting saves
  • UI buttons unresponsive in the game menu
  • character model or textures missing in character creation

Game Crashes
  • Crashes on startup or during gameplay
  • Crashes on startup
  • Crashes during gameplay
  • Crashes on startup or in character creation
  • Crash after tutorial, at the end of the nautiloid

Other Issues
  • Errors or crashes when loading saves
  • No audio, or certain audio types missing (such as all/most voiced lines)

If you are checking the forum topic for known issues and troubleshooting after contacting support and still have an issue, you should reply to the auto reply with applicable details and files (dxdiag, CrashDumps, saves, etc).
