You can contact support by emailing supportbg3@larian.com, using the Help button on the Launcher or the form on the support website. If you are checking the forum topic for known issues and troubleshooting after contacting support and still have an issue, you should reply to the auto reply with applicable details and files (dxdiag, CrashDumps, saves, etc).
