The spelling was 100% intentional. Whilst its obviously fine for people to give constructive feedback to Larian in these forums, I actually think the overly whiney tone of this thread will most likely be counter-productive to the goal of the OP and others here.

However I don't see anyone here overly whining. Maybe the title of the thread, but the vast majority here are just people expressing their thoughts and disappointments with Patch 9, primarily because it is in fact the end of Early Access. If this was just a content update with more to come, it's fine. But this is the state of the game that will be set in stone for the next 9 months until the actual release, so even I who had zero expectations regarding the update am disappointed by the news and the state the game is being left in.
Which frankly does not inspire me to play the patch religiously and offer detailed feedback as I did for Patch 8, especially since most of the issues from Patch 8 are still present and this is a sign that they're bulking down and shifting their full attention into finishing the game. Therefore feedback from this point onward is pointless.
