Went into the druid grove to confront Kagha and co. Finished all that up and left the place, loading back outside I noticed that Astarion had disappeared and clicking on his portrait brought me over to the swamp where he was stuck inside a rock. I figured he'd be teleported over during a fast travel but instead he just up and died. Bit of a wierd bug and no idea what caused it.
