Well, that is an easy one, since I kill Astarion normally anyways nowadays. Didn't even remember those dialogues until the polls, since I don't really put up with his BS anymore.
Tbh I have a problem with all of the current male companions, but none of them grates my nerves as much as Astarion.
I'm cool with the ladies though, I like Shadowheart and Lae'zel, so they get to live.
