Most times, my Tavs will choose Lae'zel, in jest, as this would likely be the most stupid and dangerous thing to try 😄
Though my sorcerer Tav is flirting with Astarion (somehow, she's more of a "flirtatious bard character" than my bard Tav) , I wouldn't choose the "You, of course" option, since it is too obvious. I feel like you get the most funny, more flirtatious dialogues with him when you don't cater to his ego 😉
Agree, during the "Mirror Scene" I always pick SH instead of calling him beautiful. I love his reaction. He can actually be a good sport.
