Thanks to Larian for working on Reactions and addressing other things like Wizard's learning every spell from scrolls. However, there are many things to comment on for further improvement. REACTIONS:- I did not see Attack of Opportunity on my Reactions window for options.
- I did not see Warding Flare (Light Cleric) on my Reactions window for options.
- There seemed to be a bug with Bardic Inspiration on some characters where it would show a character as Inspired but not give the Reactions or dice roll options.
- When enemies attack you with MULTIATTACK, you only got the option to react on the first attack. If I was already able to roll high enough on the first roll, I could not use Reactions on the 2nd, 3rd attacks.
- Will Featherfall be a proper Reaction if/when a character is Shoved?
- Will Shield be added as a spell now that Reactions are available?
COMBAT:- When will we be able to TARGET buffs/debuffs that target multiple people? This janky systems of moving around the radius to hope to get the correct targets doesn't work and creates a lot of issues? How come we can't just select 3 or 4 people to Bless, etc? What is going on with this system?
- Attacking a PRONE enemy in melee range still does not reflect ADVANTAGE on tooltip or character. The log shows you roll with ADVANTAGE, but the % chance and tooltip is not updated when highlighting PRONE enemies.
- LEVEL 5 BALANCING still needs work. Gekh's new stats don't make much sense and he was still easy to kill at Level 6 because he only has 12 AC.
- The new Minthara AI is weird. She spams her Branding buff on the Goblins, but doesn't do much else. Now that she is a Paladin, she doesn't offer much when kept at range. Where did her Misty Step amulet go as a loot item?
- HASTE should NOT allow casting of two leveled spells per turn, only for attacks or other full action. HASTE into two Fireballs is busted (I did not use this, but noting this needs to be addressed).
- HUNTER'S MARK does now cast BEFORE enemy AI shoots enemies, but I noticed enemy Goblin Warlocks do ELDRITCH BLAST before HEX. This should be fixed.
- One of the HOOKED HORROR did not trigger Crying In Alarm whatsoever when I killed them.
- A few of the ranged crossbowmen AI completely bugged out and either did NOTHING or spammed Dash and did not move during the entire combat.
- Enemy Combat AI is still overall disjointed with some turns/actions that make no sense.
- I personally think more combats should be adjusted for LEVEL 5 besides the ones in Patch 9.
- SPIRITUAL WEAPON (Level 2 spell) was listed in PATCH 8 patch notes months ago and quietly erased. Did not appear in Patch 9. What is going on with this spell? It should have been added by now.
- Can we MOVE and RESIZE the COMBAT LOG? I would like to chance the placement of UI elements to suit my liking.
- Still way too many bombs on enemies that shouldn't have them.
ITEMS:- HEAVY ARMOR is still snubbed. Not only, but you removed the generic 16 AC HEAVY ARMOR drop loot early in the Crypt fight against Gimblebock and crew. There is no access to any real HEAVY ARMOR with effects or +1, unlike every other type of armor, until Grymforge. How can there be NO special HEAVY ARMOR with any kind of effects or buffs in a world otherwise littered with magical items that cater to every other class & build?
- Paladin should begin with HEAVY ARMOR. You have a potential 2H wielding Paladin with 14AC being a frontline fighter for a class that traditionally has +0 DEX modifier. A mage can have more AC than a starting Paladin. Unacceptable.
- HAMARRAFT weapon in Waukeen's Rest is again unreachable to access in Patch 9.
MISC:- You do NOT get a menu for active roll to apply Guidance in the menu when picking locks or disarming traps. You have to manually cast Guidance before attempting.
- Many times an ally is near but option to add Guidance or other bonuses do NOT show up during other skill checks.
- Listening in on cutscenes and dialogue has a disjointed delay and some random stuttering for other players.
- A few of the ranged crossbowmen AI completely bugged out and either did NOTHING or spammed Dash and did not move during the entire combat.
- Enemy AI is still overall disjointed with some turns/actions that make no sense.
- I personally think more combats should be adjusted for LEVEL 5 besides the ones in Patch 9.
- Circle of the Moon DRUIDs are still getting shafted by these "balance" changes. Wild Shapes for Moon DRUIDs need to be recalibrated.
I will update this list when I have more time.

Great feedback!
@Wormerine: you do realize, that when you write "hilariously broken" that it's a compliment for Larian?

Wait what. Haste to double cast spells? Not too surprising. I guess Larian thought it was fun so why not?
It just reminded me of the bowl of goat's milk that old Winthrop used to put outside his door every evening for the dust demons. He said the dust demons could never resist goat's milk, and that they would always drink themselves into a stupor and then be too tired to enter his room..

[*]Circle of the Moon DRUIDs are still getting shafted by these "balance" changes. Wild Shapes for Moon DRUIDs need to be recalibrated. This is the big thing for me personally. And I've found that many players think that buffing wildshapes is some sort of heresy. I just want to feel like my subclass choice matters, but I feel like I'm just a worse land druid because I'm forced to cast spells if I want to have any meaningful impact in combat. All the wildshapes seem to be balanced for level 2/3. I can't believe we may be spending the next 8 months so weak. Truly hoping that future wild shapes aren't as gutted as our current ones.

I agree but I am under the impression the latter is sometimes confused with the former. Or they choose to value both.

I don't think widshaped druids are meant to be battle powerhouses - if you look at the PHB they can only transform into fairly low CR creatures (CR1 at level 8, way above the EA level). Circle of the moon improves this, but even so the wild shape you can select is at best CR 1/3 of your druid level, so will always remain comparatively weak. I also think with EA being level 4/5 only, it is a litte hard to judge what the final wildshape options wil be. Assuming we get to level 12/13, that would be turning into a CR4 creature or elemental, which still wouldn't fare well against enemies at that level, although I can see situiational uses - like flying to a good vantage/attack point or turning into an elemental with some immunities etc

Unfortunately as soon as you reach later levels, every wild shapes feel like terrible version of other sub-classes. Sure the PHB moon druid is is a bit busted with its access to multi attacks as soon as level 2, but removing it made the class lag behind everything.

At worst, these wildshapes are a extra shield of HP, more so for the moon druid. Not to mention, they've all got abilities they can call on in combat beyond any utility they might offer. To be honest, the Druid doesn't seem to be hurting for anything really, I utterly dominated with the Druid when I played it. Did anyone equip the Circlet of Fire with the Flame Blade spell? If it's in the off-hand, one can get two attacks with it, that was hilarious. I had great melee and great spells, as well as the utility of wildshape. The only thing I can think of to buff Druids would be to let them wear metal armor and make Charisma casters, lol.

We are forced to play as if we are circle of the land to be effective. Moon druids identity is wildshapes, and you just admitted to using them as utility. Wildshapes are more than just utility for Moon druids. They are it's identity. Our spells are a big part of who Moon druids are, for sure. But id argue wildshaping is a bigger part, or at least it's supposed to be. The fact that I can do better melee damage in my caster form than in my wildshapes is just criminal.

Correct. With staves now being versatile, a Land Druid can now use a shield while wielding a staff that entangles or some other special effect and have 17 AC (higher than any Wild Shape) without having to use a L2 spell slot (for Barkskin) and with Shillelagh deals 1d8+4 (if 18 WIS) which is good enough damage to compete with most of the available Moon Druid forms.
The Polar Bear does 2d4+2, so it's marginally better but costs a Wild Shape charge and potentially a Barkskin spell slot to be less effective overall. The Land Druid can still cast spells and do other things for almost no penalties.
It doesn't make any sense. I thought at Level 5 the Larian version of Moon Druid would get access to Halsin's Bear, the one that has multiattack.

But many people don't seem to understand. I get it. We have multiple health bars... but your HP in wildshaped is already balanced out by the terrible AC of your wildshape form. The current polar bear is lucky to survive a single turn in the midst of enemy targets. But hey, at least I got that 6-12 damage off right? Honestly, I'd prefer a better bear form at level 4. Getting it at 5 for just a single level before better forms at 6 would be weird. I'd even keep the nerfed attack roll that our polar bear has (2d4+4, in 5e its 2d6+4). In its current state though, a moon druids wildshaping (which is its identity) doesn't really improve from level 2. It just... stays the same. It's very sad.

Wait what. Haste to double cast spells? Not too surprising. I guess Larian thought it was fun so why not? Back in 3rd edition, the first turn of any combat for a spellcaster, with access to Haste, was to cast Haste. Because this allowed one to cast two spells in a single turn. The D&D 3.5 update to the game disallowed this, it was utterly broken. I guess we need to repeat the mistakes of the past, and learn this lesson again though. I suppose 5e spells are generally weaker than previous editions, and have other strictures placed upon them though, but still. If one tried to do this with a concentration spell, Haste should be immediately be removed.

Please. Str builds are massively nerfed without access to good (or even decent) Heavy Armor. Paladin is already incredibly MAD (Str+Con+Cha), but now we additionally need to have good Dex?!?! Nah.

There was a deinonychus model detamined a long time ago, and moon druid can turn into those at level 3 (while other subclasses get it at level 8). It has a 20 feet pounce and access to multi attacks. So maybe...

Yes, this. I wonder if there is a fear of providing heavy armor too early that might be leftover from designing for other games or editions? 5e is balancing it pretty well, I think. No one is going to be masterfully sneaking around in Full Plate. A Githyanki wizard still needs to spend a whole feat to get heavy with an AC near that of a Dexy ranger (who can use a shield - that would be another feat for the Gith Wiz.)

Love this game but sheesh... sure is hard to enjoy when you're favorite subclass feels this underwhelming.

Animate Dead scroll doesn't appear to be working.
Bardic Inspiration charges should match CHA modifier? Capped at 3 until L5.
