Yup, her scene is affected by Male/Female + Normal/Short height. So to me it's pretty cool that they're taking into account such things, even though I truly only experienced one variant with her. I love attention to detail.
Kinda makes me curious to see the more muscular body type for romance scenes, assuming we're getting them as was shown in the release trailer.
And whether any of the classes will take celibacy into account
