I'd like to try a playthrough with no loot except what you can buy from merchants. I'd also like to remove XP from looting too. I'm not very good at modding though!

Any thoughts on how I can do this or lower loot drop rates? Thank you!

Sorry, I can only give the obvious and easy answer which is to just not pick stuff up

Seriously, though, this game has well and truly cured me of any compulsion to look in every container and pick up everything I can. I just can’t be bothered, and I’ve come round to the view it’s also pretty realistic.
