What is the point of knocking someone down if that doesn't get your front liners melee advantage?

After you make the attack, does it show that you had advantage in the combat log?

I think it is purely visual bug, because you can sneak attack against the prone target without visual advantage. I've reported it in patch 8, probably devs forgot to fix it, because they answered that it's known to them.

It does give advantage, but for several patches it doesn't show when you highlight to attack a Prone target in melee range. This has been mentioned many times but maybe overlooked by Larian in patches.

nah now is even more bugged and gives no advantage really needs fixing at the start of EA it worked fine melee got advantage and ranged got disadvantage... not sure what's going on but it's getting worse with every patch.
