It's difficult to judge their attitude towards them. We don't know how much time was required to implement them, and even if it wasn't that time consuming they still had to fit it into the list of stuff they had to do. Even if they added it on the bottom of the list of things they have to do, and just ended up working on it "recently" - I mean did they have to reorganise their production schedule just to show how good of an idea reactions are?

They had an idea, it didn't work, they changed it into what people wanted. I am somewhat confused by current mixed implementation, but I just assume there is a reason for it, and hopefully is a transitory phase.

The main problem I see is that this is the last patch. So you can not playtest their final reaction system, and they can not get feedback for it. I would have hoped that by the final patch, the mechanics would basically be fixed, but there still are a lot of open problems.

Not changing it in two years does make it somewhat less likely that at least some of these will be fixed in the remaining year. And they will not receive any feedback as to if we actually like the "fixed" adaptation of the current mixed systems
