What happens for cantrips and spells that allows the warlock to pick multiple targets if they want to?
I didn’t experiment with the other spells you mention, but I can say that at level 5 you get two Eldritch Blasts that are handled by the game like Magic Missile or Scorching Ray in that you can select the same target twice or point them at different targets.
