I believe every one with dynamic IP can play this game - as we do it with max voting, others can do it with min. votes.

I'm sure, gamers favouring other games will try to promote their favourite.

gettin up to 5.99 or soo and 1 houre later fingding it at 5.65, is a bit too coinsidence (sp)
the other games don't have this problem.

To find more evidence would be this:
jot down all votes of the other games and then compare how many new entries came. Compare these entries to RR and then you have more evidence for your theory, Bean.
30 bad votes can simply mean 30 gamers have a completely different taste. RR does not have so many votes in toto, so 30 ones is a problem.
