If devs want to try and repro this issue ..

https://i.imgur.com/uiiNCni.pngThis room in the Shattered Crypt, Goblin Camp, there are three Goblin called Sharp-eye Neem, Sharp-eye Nass and Sharp-eye Eef.
In the North west corner of this room is a Ladder, and there is an Ornate door to the right of the ladder.
Group your party, and take the leader up the ladder so that all the party follow.
Then take the leader down the ladder, and before the whole party reach the floor take the leader through the Ornate door.
It may be awkward timing this, but if you get one of your party climbing down the ladder at the same time as your leader goes through the Ornate door .. Then hopefully on the other side of the door you will see that character stuck in the climbing down animation, whilst on the ground of the new area.
