I will see about sending them info on the issue through the launcher, but I do not see how to upload a save file, would they ask for that? I thought that reporting here was a good place.
Reporting here can be good to check if other people are getting the same bug, but if it’s something that not all users are experiencing, like your problem, your save file can help Larian replicate, diagnose and fix the issue.
The feedback form lets you attach a (zipped) file. Do you know where to find your files?
For me (on PC) they're in C:\Users\[MyUser]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public\Savegames\Story
Each save is in a folder with the savegame and a thumbnail. I've seen some posters here mention that it's helpful if you zip and send the whole folder, including the thumbnail, rather than just the save.
