Yes, dodgy doors here and throughout the game are a known issue with patch 9. It’s particularly noticeable in the grove, but you’ll probably spot that lots of normal doors appear closed when they’re “actually” open. You can walk through these, though somewhat unfairly enemies sometimes seem to have line of sight through them while your characters don’t (eg in the ruins on the beach).
