Anybody came across this book before patch 9? Its in a dead end at the back of Waukeen's Rest, outside. I finished maybe my 5th playthrough and I had never came across this before.

The one about the missing statue?

I found it in a previous patch, but I could not find it in patch 8 (though I might not have searched thoroughly).
It's good to know that it is still there, and where we can find it. Thank you for the hint!
