I'm even more hoping now that its properties will be completely overhauled for the full release, assuming it's still in there at all. I mean, the three drow all have things to tell you about the adamantine forge which I think was only introduced with the Grymforge patch, so them also having three parts of a quarterstaff doesn't seem necessary. Fun though it would be if there were a decent item at the end of it.
