One thing I don’t see ppl do a lot is get the brand of the Absolute. I always let Astarion get it. It’s not meta gaming him. I can see him taking it out of a desire to contain and control the tadpole. He would gladly serve a new god if it ment he would never have to return to his previous master. And he is a beast with the gloves of the Absolute (so maybe a little meta gaming 😝)
