I 100% agree with you - give us ongoing dlc & take my money.
Yes, I'm sure I'd buy any DLC or expansions to the base game too! And I'm all for Larian supporting the modding community to make additional content, which would also be to their benefit if they did want to sell later DLC as it would help keep the game fresh and replayable.
I know Larian haven't tended to be big on DLC before, but they've also never invested so much in a product. Surely it would make commercial sense in this case? Plus, I feel like the development teams will have earned a bit of time to just build on and perfect something they've already created, rather than moving straight on to something completely different!
