Nope, they're still hostile. I never even damaged the Masked Servants during the fight. I got her to 11hps, she tried to make the deal, I refused, killed her, and all the servants are still trying to kill me.
I really hope there ends up being a way to save them and run into them again in Baldur's Gate.
