Yeah, I don't get why inspect has it's own, unintuitive shortcut.
This, you don't even get what it does, you first think 'is this a bug? is this just because early access', then eventually it clicks and you understand how to use it.
You know how long it takes for players to know how to inspect in Pathfinder? Instantly.
BG3 is great, but it isn't perfect.
