I do plan to play a drow that follows more or less Vhaeraun. I have reached to the conclusion that playing a Lolth-sworn drow and avoiding the Lolth related dialogues is good enough of a compromise. Of course, it would have been great if we had Vhaeraun specific dialogue options but that would be too much to demand. It is a huge game after all and they need to manage their resources accordingly.
They added more gods along with I believe patch 8. Not crazy to think they would add more before release if they are brought up. Besides, no harm done in asking. Especially since the game is in EA and this is when we are supposed to ask for these kinds of things.
