It doesn't allow me to vote again, I have ADSL and I affraid static IP.
I can vote from home though.
I have ADSL too.
But I have software that hides you on the net. It's supposed to protect you from spam, protect your addie, block cookies and pop-ups, and so on...
It changes proxy regularly. If you want to you can get a list of all proxies available and ping them.
So I do get to vote regular.
