The Tower with the Sussar bark. It has a lower level you used to be able to Misty Step down to. Notice I said used to. Can't after this patch. Can't fly down. Can't use Mage Hand on the lever you can plainly target and there is a Staff down there worth getting only you can't now. Am I missing something?
Do you mean the basement level, below the one where you put in the sussur bloom to reactivate the tower? If so, I hadn’t realised that there was any way to get to it other than by equipping the Guiding Light ring from up on the top level of the tower to reveal the hidden elevator button.
