Nope. It isn't a firewall.
It's more something to let you explore the net undetected.
It's protection against big companies. And to stop them (mis)using your info for fi commerial benefits.
It let you use different proxies. You can block pop-ups. It can block cookies or you can set it ask confirmation. It can block activeX, it can block java-scripts and -applets. You can erase your temp. internet files easely after you close your browser, ... things like that.
It's to protect your privacy.

It's from Easy Computing.
And it's called Anoniem op Internet (Anonymous on Internet).
I doubt if you can get it there.
But you should be able to find something similar.
