I suspect all the NPC faces will be available. What I am wondering is if all the existing faces are based off Larian employees.

ive also said this in another post far as the body and face options. if @larian could impliment a slider system into the game for the face and bodies. it would truly give everyone the chance/options to truly create the character they envision in their minds.
do not get me wrong i dont mind how the preset heads an bodies look. but it would be soo much better if we could use sliders to alter and make our face and bodies in the game how we wish them to be.
i honestly cant see why it couldnt be done. really it would be a win win for Larian to do and also a win win for us as well. so it would be a win win for everyone. otherwise modders would have to make new face models and body models etc which yes as ive said before they can/could do it. but if we had sliders for face and body options in the game it would then save the modders time in that regard for them to focus on making content to expand bg3 itself i'e new maps etc etc
