Same Problem.
After the patch it will crash every time when you create this condition.
Have more than 2 people in multiplayer.
Player 1 start a conversation.
Player 2, 3 or 4 clicks on conversation to observe it.
Remaining Players not in the conversation will immediately crash to desktop.
Can confirm. makes me sad. Am holding off on future multiplayer games until this gets fixed.
