The lack of ability to engage with Kahga as an evil character is rather disappointing. There no option to aid the shadow druids, even as a druid yourself-and the 'invitation only' line is a poor excuse, considering Kahga was the only druid in the grove 'in' on the plot, but the plot was to convert all the other druids. BG I let you help the Shadow Druids. So did BG II.

Additionally, I'd add that your options to aid Kahga without uncovering the plot similarly feel....truncated. AFAIK you have to manually attack all the Tieflings? Like you can bring Kahga's ultimatum to Zevlor, but if you don't switch sides to him, you'll have to kill him, and then the whole plot just sorta....ends? Like there's nobody else to talk to give your demands to and I didn't see anyone even notice Zevlor's death....idk maybe I'm missing something. Even Kahga herself basically says she won't pay you and won't help you, so there's no carrot to entice you. That side of the quest is just very under-written and rather railroady.
